Save a Heart Recipients 2025
The “Save a Heart” Program was conceptualized and launched in 2004 by USTMAAA Founders Drs. Jose & Stella Evangelista, Drs. Dionisio & Zita Yorro, and Dr. Primo Andres. It was relaunched in March 2025 with the re-opening of the USTH Cardiac Catheterization & Intervention Unit.

IHMM was first conceptualized by Drs. Jose & Stella Evangelista and the Class of 1968 in 2017 with a letter of proposal to then Fr. Rector Dagohoy but did not materialize until January 2023 under the USTMAAA presidency of Ferdinand Ramos, M.D. '80, when the USTMAAA-sponsored inhouse medical mission was launched.
